Annotation. This article provides an analysis of the problem of intercultural integration in a context of cultural diversity. It explores theoretical models and practical mechanisms of integration in multicultural societies and analyzes the challenges associated with reconciling social cohesion and cultural pluralism. Particular attention is paid to a critical analysis of the concepts of multiculturalism, interculturalism, and transculturation. The philosophical foundations of integration processes in the context of globalization and migration are examined, and the limits of tolerance and problems of mutual recognition are analyzed. Based on a comparative analysis of the integration policies, principles of effective intercultural integration are formulated that combine respect for cultural differences with the maintenance of a common civic identity.

Keywords: integration, cultural diversity, intercultural integration, multiculturalism, interculturalism.
